Beginner | Intermediate | Advanced Pilates

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Typical Pilates workouts tend to be anything from 45 minutes to an hour long.

Beginners classes generally are kept simple with easy moves, breathing and positioning to get people use to Pilates.

Intermediate classes would be more suited for people that know whats involved with  Pilates and are looking for a good mix of excises in class.

Advanced classes is base around not only someone that know Pilates but is looking for the more intense Pilates session.

Starting your Pilates

We offer a wide range of Pilate classes here at the clinic, ante natal, post natal, beginners, intermediate and Advanced. A lot of these classes offer you the chance of face to face or even zoom which is online live instructions from our studio.
