Neurological & Vestubular Therapy Neurological Rehab is designed around our patients with diseases, injury, or disorders of the nervous system. Neurological rehab can often improve function, reduce symptoms, and improve your overall quality of life. . 

Vestibular rehabilitation therapy involves exercises that help you manage dizziness and balance issues.  Vestibular rehabilitation interventions help reduce symptoms of vertigo and postural instability through education, tailored exercise programme and where indicated specialised head movement manoeuvres. 

Women’s Health We offer specialised services to women and strive to empower them along their journey pre and post-natally.  We can also help women who suffer bladder/bowel and pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse and sexual dysfunction.

Pilate Classes are a great aid in not only recovery but prevention. We offer 1:1, 2:1 (bring a friend) and small group matwork sessions to suit all skills and abilities, including pre/post-natal pilates.

Our Physiotherapist

Micháela

MSc Chartered Physiotherapist MCSP
• HCPC Registered •

Micháela graduated from Oxford Brookes University, England with MSc in Physiotherapy in 2015.  She initially started her career working within the private sector and with professional sports teams including the Liverpool Ladies Football Team and with Inter-County GAA teams.

Micháela has many years working in the National Health Service (NHS) and private sectors in the UK where she has now focused her career in the treatment of Women’s Health and Neurological Conditions. 

She has completed a range of courses including, MSc Module in Acute & Chronic Neurological Conditions, Everything Natal – Natal Foundations & Pelvic Floor & More Courses.

She is also a qualified Matwork, Ante/Post Natal Pilates Instructor from the prestigious Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI).  Micháela has also completed countless musculoskeletal courses and has a keen interest in pelvic dysfunction, low back & knee pain.

Daragh

MSc Chartered Physiotherapist MCSP

Daragh graduated from Robert Gordon University, Scotland with MSc in Physiotherapy in 2014.  Since graduating he has worked both in the public and private sector. 

Since 2015 Daragh has worked within the National Health Service (NHS) in Liverpool, UK, where he has many years’ experience treating musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory and various movement disorder conditions.

Daragh has a keen interest in the areas of Stroke Recovery, Parkinsons Disease Management and Falls Prevention. 

This has led Daragh to complete many post graduate courses including MSc Module in Acute & Chronic Neuromuscular Conditions, Bobath Rehabilitation Courses and Vestibular (dizziness/vertigo) Rehabilitation Courses.
