Suitable for Mums 6-8 weeks post-delivery.  To optimise results attending The Natal Check prior to commencing your Pilates will help us tailor the classes to meet your needs/goals. 

These classes focus on restoring your core, breathing optimally to reconnect your body, and gradually rebuilding your strength. 

Babies are all welcome to class! In this relaxed environment feel free to cuddle, change or feed your little bundle throughout.

Starting your Pilates

We offer a wide range of Pilate classes here at the clinic, ante natal, post natal, beginners, intermediate and Advanced. A lot of these classes offer you the chance of face to face or even zoom which is online live instructions from our studio.
